Located on the Upper West Side of Santa Cruz along Western Drive, Canyon View Orchard is a small orchard project by owners Ryan and Ashley.  Ashley and Ryan became owners of the property in June 2015 and began removal of invasive broom that dominated the landscape.  The orchard was planted in the first half of 2016. The Property totals 15.5 acres including parts of Moore Creek.  Currently about one acre is planted with various fruit trees, berries, and lavender while 10 acres has been certified as a natural habitat.
